PATRICK DILANIAN

Patrick Dilanian serves as Vice President of Investments at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial properties. His practice is primarily focused on Northeast Los Angeles, including the submarkets of Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Lincoln Heights, Los Feliz, East Hollywood, Mt. Washington, and Rampart Village.
Mr. Dilanian has established a reputation for delivering consistent results while maintaining a strong commitment to his clients’ long-term success and profitability. His professional opinion is highly regarded, and his market expertise is trusted by clients and colleagues alike. He has been interviewed by Marketplace.org, with his commentary featured on National Public Radio (NPR) as Highland Park’s leading commercial producer. He is consistently recognized among the Top 50 Commercial Individuals within RE/MAX Commercial on both a national and international basis.
His work ethic and performance led to his induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2017 and the receipt of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
Mr. Dilanian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He is widely respected within the commercial real estate community for his professionalism, integrity, and market expertise.
Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Dilanian enjoys spending time with his family, as well as cycling and skiing.
RICARDO BERISTAIN
Marketing Director
Ricardo brings over 15 years of commercial real estate marketing experience. He is tasked with presentation quality and design for both digital and offline marketing materials. Using the latest technology and industry trends, Ricardo prides himself in the creation of unique visual concepts and information design.

During his career, Mr. Beristain has worked alongside some of the top brokers in the nation and has developed an intimate understanding of information design, commercial real estate trends, underwriting necessities, and technological demands. During his tenure, companies like CBRE, Colliers, Hendricks & Partners, Sperry Van Ness, and KW Commercial have utilized his exceptional services and skills.

Ricardo additionally served in the United States Marine Corps for four years where he was a small computer technician. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Information Technology.
